Hartland Ross is an online marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and founder and president of eBridge Marketing Solutions – an online marketing agency and consulting firm catering to technology companies.
An expert in the principles of marketing, strategy and business development, Hartland began his entrepreneurial career in the building materials industry as a successful franchise owner and operator. He followed this up with a stint in the pulp and paper industry before landing positions with two different internet marketing startups in the online advertising sector. He then took his online success and moved on to become VP of Sales and Marketing for a national training and development company.
Considered a pioneer in the online world, Hartland has been working in the sales and marketing of web based technology companies since 1999. He is well recognized and regarded in the hosting industry and to date has worked with over 200 web hosting companies providing business growth, marketing strategy and industry direction advice and recommendations.
With 25 years of business development experience, plus over 20 years experience in working specifically with technology companies, Hartland is a sought after speaker and online authority who is often interviewed and quoted in various industry related case studies and articles.
Corporate philanthropy is also top of mind for Hartland who believes it’s important to give back to his community. In 1997 Rob completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Philosophy. While still finishing his degree Rob realized the future of media and shortly there after began developing his skills finding specific strength in the areas of design, advertising, copywriting, account management and business development.
Since forming his first company in 1997 Rob has gone on to form several partnerships and companies in the field of media, graphic design and software development. Aside from his own companies Rob acquired considerable knowledge in marketing, graphic design and account management working for a prominent ISP in Vancouver, Canada. Rob has also worked for several public companies and venture capital groups obtaining important experience in business administration, investor relations and copywriting.
Rob joined eBridge in 2004 bringing with him a host of services, most frequently drawing on his expertise in marketing, graphic design and Internet development. Along with his own in depth knowledge comes an impressive network of IT and advertising professionals empowering eBridge to handle any job big or small.
Frank has been helping businesses with their online marketing strategies that drive traffic to their web sites through legitimate search engine optimization (SEO), link building and promotion, usability, and pay-per-click search engine marketing tactics.
He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and Design. His experience in the fundamentals of online marketing and usability design allow him to provide proven strategies that bring results.
Frank has been involved with pay per click marketing since its introduction to the online marketing industry. He has helped hundreds of marketing professionals and their websites implement effective pay per click campaigns using competitive analysis, keyword research, budget analysis and utilizing strategy and marketing tactics.
Frank’s involvement in web development dates back to the late 90’s and has allowed him to evolve with the search engine algorithms and major search engine updates. He continues to follow the Search Engine Optimization industry closely while providing optimization services to clients.

Wendy Alexander provides administrative support including helping with developing marketing plans, invoicing and report writing.
Wendy has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC with a Marketing Major. She brings with her an extensive background in marketing, sales and administration. She was previously employed in the Employee Benefits field as a marketing assistant. Her experience has provided her with a solid background in report-writing, statistical analysis and general marketing principles.
Wendy has a passion for dogs and is actively involved in competing and teaching dog agility. She is a 7 time member of the Canadian World Agility Teeam. She has studied dog behaviour and is a certified dog trainer. She and her husband and two kids also enjoy hiking and camping.

As eBridge’s Senior Media Strategist, Devin Rose brings marketing expertise and an entrepreneurial knack to the eBridge team. Devin holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Royal Roads University and a Marketing Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Devin is an experienced marketer, having worked in the fresh produce industry with The Oppenheimer Group and in the industrial equipment industry with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. Devin draws upon his varied marketing experience to help eBridge’s customers maximize their online marketing campaigns.
In his free time, Devin enjoys cooking – especially southern barbecue – and working part-time on his small business.
Lisa has held marketing leadership positions at technology start-ups and some of the Fortune 500 for over two decades. She previously served as a member of the senior management team at mindSHIFT Technologies where she led the company’s marketing strategy including all direct, e-commerce and partner channel initiatives. Named by MSPmentor as the #1 managed service provider (MSP) for 4 consecutive years, mindSHIFT provides IT outsourcing and SaaS-based cloud computing services to SMBs.
Lisa also joined hosted services start-up groupSPARK to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy which would quickly grow the company’s reseller channel of MSPs, VARs, ISVs and IT consultants. groupSPARK successfully grew to one of the largest Microsoft Exchange-based SaaS providers and was selected by Microsoft as their Partner of the Year for hosting solutions from more than 600,000 companies worldwide.
Lisa's leadership and expertise in both direct and indirect channel marketing helped both mindSHIFT and groupSPARK to be honored by leading technology vendors Citrix, McAfee and Microsoft for innovation and successfully driving marketing execution, demand generation, external communication and customer satisfaction.

Sarah Frew holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature as well as a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from University of Toronto. Sarah has been working within the not for profit field since 1997 where she began her career with UNICEF Canada in Toronto, Ontario. Sarah returned to Vancouver, BC in the summer of 2004 where she continues in the non-profit field.
She is a member of a number of associations and volunteers with a number of organizations and boards within her community.
Sarah has been actively involved with eBridge Marketing Solutions as an advisor since September, 2004. Sarah brings a well rounded background in research, marketing and strategy to the eBridge team.
Chris is a polyglot software developer with 2 decades of experience. Chris’ passion is getting results for his clients through the software solutions he provides.
Experienced in both back-end and front-end development using a diverse set of technologies, he is methodical, organized, and not afraid to tackle complex problems.
He stays current with the latest advancements in the industry, always eager to learn and share his knowledge with others.
Chris holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Robert Ciccone is a successful entrepreneur with ownership interests in several Vancouver based companies and is the founder and President of Success Unlimited Sales & Marketing Group Inc.. Rob has earned his Certified Professional Marketing Consultant designation (CPMC) and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) and the International Guild of Professional Marketers (IGPM).
