The discussions I’ve seen online in places like r/msp/ about marketing during the pandemic tend to focus on tactical elements. They often read like a search for a magic bullet…the next new marketing breakthrough. But ladies and gents, it’s not like COVID has afforded us new marketing tactics! It’s clearly the opposite; the many challenges posed by COVID have restricted tactical opportunities for MSPs (and businesses generally).
