Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Search marketing is an industry that is ever-changing – at eBridge we have evolved with the SEM game right from the very beginning. We’ve seen the countless algorithm shifts and we know that successful SEO requires constant innovation.

Tricking the search engines is not the game we play. Instead we strive to help our customers give their visitors a better web experience by creating authority, developing unique and sharable content, and creating value for online searchers that will be rewarded through natural organic ranks.

Whether you’ve never optimized your site, you optimized it ages ago or you just want to be sure that your site maintains its standing and continues to improve its ranking, we’re here to help make that happen. Or if you’re heading SEO at your company and you’ve done all that you can do, leverage our expertise and fresh perspective to take your efforts to the next level.

Our Process

Search strategies are constantly changing, but the core process stays the same. We don’t use spammy tactics or secret loopholes that may deliver short lived results (and more often than not negative repercussions down the road). Instead, we use proven methods that create results. Here are some of the time-tested strategies that are involved in a healthy SEO campaign:

Research and Analysis

Understanding where your business currently stands is the crucial first step for any SEO engagement. We review your current situation and analyze both your strengths and your weaknesses. This includes carefully looking over your website analytics data for insight into your popular pages and how your site is currently performing. We also need to get an understanding of what has already been done in relation to SEO and how we can work to improve your positioning.

Keyword Research

Keyword research is at the core of our SEO efforts to help determine what phrases are relevant and being searched by actual users. This involves us gaining a solid grasp of your business, your clients, and what you have to offer. We will take your strengths and weaknesses into consideration when determining the best keyword phrase opportunities for your business and analyze the different angles and variations being searched by potential visitors.

Competitor Analysis

Search success revolves in large part around what your competitors are (or aren’t) doing. Our understanding of your competition’s strengths and weaknesses helps to guide your strategy and identify opportunities.

On-Site SEO

SEO is a lot more than just changing title tags and tossing some keywords into your content. Having a solid foundation to grow upon is hugely important for SEO, but is often where many businesses drop the ball. We will review your site from many angles including:

  • Website architecture and spiderability
  • Content audit and keyword placement
  • Internal linking structure
  • Proper use of URLs and redirects
  • Sitemap creation and spiderability
  • Proper use of analytics
  • Usability flow
  • Social implementation and sharability of site content

Content Strategy

As they say, content is king and the same applies to a successful search strategy. We will do an audit of your existing content, as well as determine a strategy for future content creation. Content strategy and ideas are based on your business’ strengths and weaknesses, as well as on keyword research.

Off-Site SEO and PR

With a solid on-site foundation in place, it’s time to look at off-site SEO tactics. Every client’s off-site needs are different, but here are some of the areas we consider:

  • Content creation and strategy execution
  • Social media integration and social strategy
  • Strategic link building
  • Digital PR
  • Other possible opportunities include infographics, public relations efforts, contests, events, etc.

Tracking and measurement is key to understanding what is working and what needs improving. We continually work to update your strategy, looking at traffic and other crucial metrics to guide our efforts. We look especially closely at measuring organic traffic and user interaction that ultimately lead to sales. If you need support around your Google Analytics, we can also help with that. All of these things (and more) add up to a healthy SEO strategy.
