Does it cost me more to work with you than if I were to manage my campaigns inhouse?
In most cases, no. We're compensated by the publishers. There are some exceptions, and we will tell you when this is the case. We do, of course, charge for supplementary services, such as web design, writing of press releases, articles, SEO work, banner design, etc.

We specialize in working with hi-tech business-to-business (B2B) companies looking to market their products online. However, we do work with other companies offering business-to-consumer (B2C) products and services as well.

What is the minimum amount we can spend with you?
For advertising, the minimums are set by the publishers. It is typically $1000 per campaign and usually lasts one month.

How can I be sure that what you suggest won't be considered spam?
In cases where we suggest email as the medium of choice, we only work with reputable suppliers and you are welcome to speak with them directly. We will also provide evidence of how lists have been gathered or compiled. In cases where this is not possible, we will work closely with you to ensure we take the best course of action to meet your unique requirements.

Can we outsource all of our marketing needs to you?
Absolutely. We act as the marketing arm for many of our clients. Please contact us for details.

What if we don't like your suggestions or ideas?
We're not in the business of telling our valued clients what to do. We strongly believe in interactive collaboration and require your authorization before pursuing an avenue on your behalf. If you aren't comfortable with our suggestions, we will suggest alternative solutions until you are satisfied.

Do we have to prepay for your services?
For advertising campaigns being run for the first time, we typically require that you prepay for the service. For services other than advertising, 50% of the cost upfront is standard.

Can you help us develop our affiliate program?

How do you deal with confidentiality concerns?
We take this aspect of our relationship very seriously. Confidentiality is always assured and we're more than happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in full, if required. We have a strong reputation for integrity and are not willing to jeopardize it at any cost.

I have a press release I would like to send out. Can you do this for me?
Yes. We have an internal list within the hosting and hosting services industry that we can send out to on your behalf at no charge. Please contact us for more details.
