 Hartland Ross B. Sc., M.B.A
Hartland ran a franchise business for five years while in university and has started two other previous businesses. He has also held the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dynamic Achievement Group which is a training, coaching and development business based in Vancouver BC.
Hartland has 12 years of experience managing, instructing, training and mentoring teams of managers in various industries including two internet start ups.
Hartland holds a Bachelor's of Science degree and a Master's of Business Administration in Business Strategy. Through speaking with world recognized marketers, attending conferences and practical adn academic business experience, he has spent the last number of years gaining knowledge in the principles of marketing,strategy and business development. Hartland was a board member of Young Entrepeneurs Association (www.yea.ca) for 2 years as the events coordinator facilitating and organizing speaker events in Vancouver.

 Robert Nickel
In 1997 Rob completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Philosophy. While still finishing his degree Rob realized the future of media and shortly there after began developing his skills finding specific strength in the areas of design, advertising, copywriting, account management and business development. Since forming his first company in 1997 Rob has gone on to form several partnerships and companies in the field of media, graphic design and software development. Aside from his own companies Rob acquired considerable knowledge in marketing, graphic design and account management working for a prominent ISP in Vancouver, Canada. Rob has also worked for several public companies and venture capital groups obtaining important experience in business administration, investor relations and copywriting.
Rob joined eBridge in 2004 bringing with him a host of services, most frequently drawing on his expertise in marketing, graphic design and Internet development. Along with his own in depth knowledge comes an impressive network of IT and advertising professionals empowering eBridge to handle any job big or small.

 Reuben Lau
Reuben's interest in web development and marketing began during high school where he attended CDIS (AI) Sweat program. From there he enrolled in BCIT focusing on marketing management. He now continues his education in the evenings through BCIT, taking courses ranging from marketing, programming and business. Reuben joined eBridge in early 2006 allowing him to apply his web development and marketing skills to the industry.

 Frank Siano
Frank has been helping businesses with their online marketing strategies that drive traffic to their web sites through legitimate search engine optimization (SEO), link building and promotion, usability, and pay-per-click search engine marketing tactics.
He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and Design. His experience in the fundamentals of online marketing and usability design allow him to provide proven strategies that bring results.
Frank has been involved with pay per click marketing since its introduction to the online marketing industry. He has helped hundreds of marketing professionals and their websites implement effective pay per click campaigns using competitive analysis, keyword research, budget analysis and utilizing strategy and marketing tactics.
Frank's involvement in web development dates back to the late 90's and has allowed him to evolve with the search engine algorithms and major search engine updates. He continues to follow the Search Engine Optimization industry closely while providing optimization services to clients.

Mike Boon
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in English and History and has been writing marketing content and producing marketing collateral for over eight years. A passionate copywriter with a keen SEO sensibility, he adeptly writes for both human visitors and search engines. A versatile resource in this regard, he writes everything from press releases, newsletters and website copy to case studies, articles and blog entries.
Mike joined eBridge Marketing Solutions in 2005 and plays a key role in helping clients produce quality content for the World Wide Web.

John Friesen
John Friesen is an award-winning (Gold Lotus, Gold & Silver RSVP) marketing communications specialist with an extensive background in planning, creating and carrying out direct marketing programs in traditional and online media. He has a thorough understanding of all phases of direct marketing, including database marketing, geodemographics, and relationship and one-to-one marketing. He has worked directly with countless clients of all types and sizes and has worked on direct response projects for general advertising agencies.
Before focusing on direct response, John was successful in all areas of business communications: He wrote and produced newsletters, brochures and promotional materials, speeches and other materials for high level corporate clients. He was sought after as an editor of national and regional business and consumer publications. As a journalist he contributed to many business and consumer publications, both as a feature writer and columnist.
Early in his career, John was on the founding executive of the B.C. Direct Marketing Association. He also helped found the Vancouver Electronic Publishing Association.
His knowledge of direct response has resulted in requests for workshops with corporate clients as well as for copywriting teaching assignments at the Writing and Publishing Center, Simon Fraser University, Downtown Campus.
His education includes a BA in English from the University of British Columbia, with post-graduate studies in biochemistry at Simon Fraser University.

Mike Rogers
Mike worked as a network administrator and computer programmer / analyst from 1995 to 2000 at the Vancouver Park’s Board before cofounding a hosting and development company in 2001. Mike’s core skills involve programming in PHP and MYSQL however Mike is also proficient in many other internet technologies including AJAX and CSS. Mike has developed a number of web based applications including a leading Canadian job board before joining the eBridge team in 2006 as the lead programmer.

Sarah Frew
Sarah Frew holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature as well as a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from University of Toronto. Sarah has been working within the not for profit field since 1997 where she began her career with UNICEF Canada in Toronto, Ontario. Sarah returned to Vancouver, BC in the summer of 2004 where she continues in the non-profit field.
She is currently the Director of Development focusing on marketing and strategy for a BC based organization. She is also a member of a number of associations and volunteers with a number of organizations and boards within her community.
Sarah has been actively involved with eBridge Marketing Solutions as an advisor since September, 2004. Sarah brings a well rounded background in research, marketing and strategy to the eBridge team.

 Robert Ciccone
Robert Ciccone is a successful entrepreneur with ownership interests in several Vancouver based companies and is the founder and President of Success Unlimited Sales & Marketing Group Inc.
Rob brings a 16 year proven track record to the clients he works with and to his role at eBridge, with extensive experience in front line sales, management, marketing and business building.
In addition to his real-world experience and formal studies in business and economics, Rob’s personal studies in management, training, psychology,
coaching, communication, personal development and peak performance have enabled him to run and manage the business and marketing operations of national and international multi-million dollar companies.
Rob has earned his Certified Professional Marketing Consultant designation (CPMC) and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executives International
(SMEI) and the International Guild of Professional Marketers (IGPM).
