Hartland Ross B. Sc., M.B.A
Hartland Ross is an online marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and founder and president of eBridge Marketing Solutions – an online marketing agency and consulting firm catering to technology companies.
An expert in the principles of marketing, strategy and business development, Hartland began his entrepreneurial career in the building materials industry as a successful franchise owner and operator. He followed this up with a stint in the pulp and paper industry before landing positions with two different internet marketing startups in the online advertising sector. He then took his online success and moved on to become VP of Sales and Marketing for a national training and development company.
Considered a pioneer in the online world, Hartland has been working in the sales and marketing of web based technology companies since 1999. He is well recognized and regarded in the hosting industry and to date has worked with over 150 web hosting companies providing business growth, marketing strategy and industry direction advice and recommendations.
With 15 years of business development experience, plus over 10 years experience in working specifically with technology companies, Hartland is a sought after speaker and online authority who is often interviewed and quoted in various industry related case studies and articles.
Corporate philanthropy is also top of mind for Hartland who believes it’s important to give back to his community. Hartland is a past board member of Young Entrepreneurs Association and is an active mentor for Junior Achievement helping our youth become the business leaders of tomorrow.

Robert Nickel
In 1997 Rob completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Philosophy. While still finishing his degree Rob realized the future of media and shortly there after began developing his skills finding specific strength in the areas of design, advertising, copywriting, account management and business development. Since forming his first company in 1997 Rob has gone on to form several partnerships and companies in the field of media, graphic design and software development. Aside from his own companies Rob acquired considerable knowledge in marketing, graphic design and account management working for a prominent ISP in Vancouver, Canada. Rob has also worked for several public companies and venture capital groups obtaining important experience in business administration, investor relations and copywriting.
Rob joined eBridge in 2004 bringing with him a host of services, most frequently drawing on his expertise in marketing, graphic design and Internet development. Along with his own in depth knowledge comes an impressive network of IT and advertising professionals empowering eBridge to handle any job big or small.
Reuben Lau
Reuben’s interest in web development and marketing began during high school where he attended CDIS (AI) Sweat program. From there he enrolled in BCIT focusing on marketing management. He now continues his education in the evenings through BCIT, taking courses ranging from marketing, programming and business. Reuben joined eBridge in early 2006 allowing him to apply his web development and marketing skills to the industry.
Frank Siano
Frank has been helping businesses with their online marketing strategies that drive traffic to their web sites through legitimate search engine optimization (SEO), link building and promotion, usability, and pay-per-click search engine marketing tactics.
He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and Design. His experience in the fundamentals of online marketing and usability design allow him to provide proven strategies that bring results.
Frank has been involved with pay per click marketing since its introduction to the online marketing industry. He has helped hundreds of marketing professionals and their websites implement effective pay per click campaigns using competitive analysis, keyword research, budget analysis and utilizing strategy and marketing tactics.
Frank’s involvement in web development dates back to the late 90′s and has allowed him to evolve with the search engine algorithms and major search engine updates. He continues to follow the Search Engine Optimization industry closely while providing optimization services to clients.

Mike Rogers
Mike worked as a network administrator and computer programmer / analyst from 1995 to 2000 at the Vancouver Park’s Board before cofounding a hosting and development company in 2001. Mike’s core skills involve programming in PHP and MYSQL however Mike is also proficient in many other internet technologies including AJAX and CSS. Mike has developed a number of web based applications including a leading Canadian job board before joining the eBridge team in 2006 as the lead programmer.
Jordan Howard
Jordan Howard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, majoring in finance and marketing. His keen interest in understanding market strategies and promoting products to enhance sales has led him to focus his career in this area. His many years of marketing experience have allowed him to develop considerable expertise, particularly in the areas of online marketing and social media. An entrepreneur at heart, he understands that the driving force behind a growing company is implementing successful marketing strategies and creating brand awareness. Outside of business, Jordan enjoys a healthy lifestyle, and considers the general wellbeing provided by sports and athletics to be of great importance both personally and in the workplace. In his younger days, Jordan played professional baseball in the US. He now works out several days a week, swims, and continues his involvement baseball. Jordan uses his healthy outlook and his experience and expertise in online marketing to deliver the best in marketing campaigns to eBridge Marketing Solutions clients.
Martina Iring handles all of the copywriting for eBridge. From press releases to blog posts, website copy to newsletters, Martina takes on any of your written communication needs. She also handles social media maintenance for eBridge clients and helps create general internet marketing strategies and directives.
Martina has a Bachelor of Arts (History Major) from SFU and more recently completed the Management Certificate in Marketing Communications from BCIT. She has worked in the marketing field for over 6 years, working in various industries and in various facets of marketing including online marketing, market research, event marketing and customer relationship management.
Her true passion, however, lies in online communications. She loves helping businesses learn more about how internet marketing can support their goals and how engaging, targeted communications can contribute to overall business and marketing success.
Outside of work, you will usually find Martina enjoying the outdoors in any way she can. She also loves to travel and learn other languages
Wendy Alexander has recently joined the eBridge team. She provides administrative support including helping with developing marketing plans, invoicing and report writing.
Wendy has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC with a Marketing Major. She brings with her an extensive background in marketing, sales and administration. She was previously employed in the Employee Benefits field as a marketing assistant. Her experience has provided her with a solid background in report-writing, statistical analysis and general marketing principles. Wendy is excited to learn more about online marketing.
Wendy has a passion for dogs and is actively involved in competing and teaching dog agility. She has studied dog behaviour and is a certified dog trainer. She and her husband and two kids also enjoy hiking and camping.

Sarah Frew
Sarah Frew holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature as well as a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from University of Toronto. Sarah has been working within the not for profit field since 1997 where she began her career with UNICEF Canada in Toronto, Ontario. Sarah returned to Vancouver, BC in the summer of 2004 where she continues in the non-profit field.
She is a member of a number of associations and volunteers with a number of organizations and boards within her community.
Sarah has been actively involved with eBridge Marketing Solutions as an advisor since September, 2004. Sarah brings a well rounded background in research, marketing and strategy to the eBridge team.
With a background in commercial law and management of a $40-million firm, Simon Taylor is a veteran business advisor offering 15-plus years of experience in re-focusing executives and business owners to improve and grow businesses.
